NPP

Durabolin (Nanadrolone Phenylpropionate) or NPP is the fast acting version of Deca Durabolin. It has many of the same advantages except that it needs to be taken more often. It works great for joints and slow steady muscle gain. Durabolin seem to lead to less water retention and so can be used during a cutting phase when you want to keep water retention down. As with all nanadrolone compounds, you will need to use testosterone with it or you will have issues with low testosterone.

This would be the version of nanadrolone I would recommend women take, especially to start in case of extreme sesativity to androgen that may cause virilization. Women should tolerate low dosages of this drug well, but it’s always better to err on the side of caution.

Active half-life: 3-4 days

Recommended dosages:

Men: 100-300mg every 3-4 days

Women: 12.5-25mg every 3-4 days
