Letrozole  is the most powerful aromatase inhibitor going. It will practically shut your body down from producing estrogen. This is mostly used as a pre-contest drug for bodybuilders wanting to eliminate any estrogen related bloating. This drug will eliminate 98% or more of estrogen production in your body. As an aromatase inhibitor it is king!

As an aromatase inhibitor, Letro’s mechanism of action blocking conversion of aromatizable steroids to estrogen is in contrast to the mechanism of action of anti-estrogens such as Clomid, or Novadex which block estrogen receptors in some tissues, and activate estrogen receptors in others.
The downside of Letrozole is that it is so effective. Your body requires that it produce some estrogen for good health. Joints health, bone development, immune system health are all negatively effected by to little estrogen. You do not want to use this for long periods of time.

Men: 0.5-1mg/every other day

Reverse gyno: 2.5mg/day
