Shipping Method
All orders are securely packed and shipped discreetly. We use completely opaque packaging, with no indication of what it contains.
Cost and Delivery Time
Shipping is flat rate $20 for Canada and arrives in 3 business days. Express Shipping is flat rate $35 for Canada and arrives the next business day. Shipping is free on all orders over $1000.
Return Policy
We use an alias return address on all packages which means that you are unable to ‘return to sender’. We do not accept or arrange any returns. Its the buyers responsiblity to ensure that their shipping address and product order is correct at the time of purchase.
How to send payment
Information on where to send your payment is provided after you place an order. Please, follow the payment instructions carefully to avoid unnecessary delay.
How long is the process
Once you are ready to order, total everything up and email us with the subject line ORDER. We will respond with 1 day at the latest with all necessary shipping/payment instructions. Packages are all shipped by XpressPost within 1 business day of receiving funds. XpressPost delivery time is roughly 2-3 business days, please factor this time in. If you need anything delivered overnight via Priority Courier we will be happy to accommodate. We will bear a 50% re-send if CanadaPost loses the order.
How to change an order after its been placed
Unfortunately, we do not make any manual changes to pending orders. The process is entirely computerized. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please place a completely new order and your old one will be automatically deleted after 14 days if payments are not received.
